At CONFIDENT, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a smooth, transparent, and luxury shopping experience.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return policy allows you to request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact our Customer Care team at contact@confident.company.
Returns must be shipped back to the same warehouse or regional hub from which your order was dispatched.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive:

A return shipping label, and
-
Instructions for how and when our courier will collect your package.
⚠️ Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
You can simply share clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item via email so our support team can assist you promptly.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

Beauty & skincare products

Personal care items (such as lip oils, creams, or serums)

Hijabs that have been worn, washed, or removed from their original packaging

Custom-made or personalized products

Discounted, sale, or final-sale items

Gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before submitting your return request.
Hijab Returns
Hijabs may be returned within 7 days only if they are:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

Returned in original packaging with tags attached
Due to hygiene protocols, any hijab that shows signs of wear, fragrance, or makeup stains cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
Exchanges
To receive a replacement item, please initiate a return for your current order first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at contact@confident.company for assistance.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The product must remain unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
